To begin a Journey

Things I Would like to do on a daily/weekly basis:
1) Only Watch TV on Weekends or while on a Treadmill
2) Do at least one hour of Cardio a day
3) Do 20 push ups a day...man push ups not girl push ups
4) Do 30 Sit ups a day
5) Have a daily Quiet Time
6) Watch what I eat- Have only one cheat meal a week and in that cheat meal watch portion sizes!
7) Know Lecture material before class

Where I'm currently at:
1) I watch TV for at least a couple hours a day...and if there is an NCIS marathon well I'm useless!
2) I used to work out regularly and last May I was running 4 miles a day...now I can't even run a mile and am intimidated by the thought of returning to the gym
3) I can do about 10 guy push ups with poor form and about 30 girl push ups with great form
4) I am able to complete this task I just don't!
5) I keep my bible on my nightstand to encourage myself to get to it and yet I always say I'll start tomorrow...how should I expect myself to live Christ like if I can't even study to find out what that means
6) I am horrible at eating whatever I want when I want it and not doing so in moderation
7) I do this sometimes but lets face it...with all my TV watching I barely am prepared for tests some days (hence the reason for number one)
